Anyone have any recommendations of screwdriver bits that last well in an impact driver.

I use the ones they provide at work, largely because they're free, but they're actually quite good.
Can't remember the make but they're the 'all in one' bits, ie not the magnetic ones.
I think I tried using flat blade bits once - they don't work very well.

Cheers. Just ordered a set of these, they have really good reviews. Using one of these cheapy ones a day starting to get silly now.

I have been considering these for a while, well the it holder, is it good, as in bloody good?

It is a very good bit holder, I have been using the same one for a year or so and it gets a fair bit of use most days, only draw back is the diameter is quite a bit bigger than a standard bit holder so sometimes too big to get in tight spaces but the normal cheap ones just dont last with constant use in the impact driver.
As for screwdriver bits the dewalt PZ2 in the yellow plastic tub from screwfix seem to last really well for what they cost about ÂŁ4 - ÂŁ5 for 25 bits.

I would say it is more about the bits than the torque of the drill. I use high quality Fisch auger bits for drilling out mortices and peg holes...
