Need some help: has anyone found a system which they are really happy with? I've only done two before and that was when i was subbing in so not sure of the system.

I don't normally offer it but we've started picking up jobs where the roof needs completely replacing so i figure there might be some legs in the cost saving from tiles....

Anyone any suggestions who would supply a decent in-roof system.
Thanks
Nick

There are a number of manufacturers providing tile-integrated solutions I think, but the only one that immediately springs to mind is Romag. Might be worth checking them out first as they are UK based?

whats the performance of these ? We've got a new build coming up and I was under the impression that they look nice but perform really bad.

Thanks

"in-roof" can suffer from lack off ventilation which leads to heat build up and lower performance, but the Renusol system is semi integrated and has normal air flow like a surface mounted array.

Thanks guys, I'll check them out, just tryed to ring a couple but realised it was after 7pm. In roof is not really our market normally, but at the moment just important to keep everyone working.....

I've been looking at Easyroof as it looks quite quick and cost effective. However I am not convinced it will qualify under MCS012. Roof integrated systems have to meet requirements for the prevention of the spread of fire (this is also part of the building regs). Easyroof is made of some form of plastic. If it is polycarbonate, it is probably OK, if not there could be an issue. I e-mailed them a couple of weeks ago asking chapter and verse on this and have not received a reply.
