Inspection and testing

Hi Guys
Today I was testing a house and all the sockets seems fairly new. I done ring continuity test fine, no loose connection at all.when I started earth loop test on sockets and found bit high, then i took the socket out and test in behind the socket, Zs is fine, what i expected and went another two more sockets exactly same issues. I thought again and it might be my socket test lead and tried most of the sockets and some sockets got good Zs reading which I was expecting. So my question is shall I recommend the customer to change those sockets or leave as it is because sockets are nice and clean and working fine. Advice would be much appreciated.

What readings did you get? Have you tested between the earth terminal and the earth at the front of the socket for any high resistances?

is your socket lead tester ok

im guessing yountested with this first then used probes to test at terminals

Higher readings are usually associated with rarely used sockets or sockets where an item is left plugged in for a long time. So insert your tester a few times and repeat the test.
