websites put in the small print so that if you put a nice photo on there inadvertantly that people might want to get a hold of, for example to use in an advert or to sell framed in shops/online, they can sell it and make money from it, and you have by using their services volunteered to forfeit your ownership rights......and get 0...it will eventually end up happening with all websites, and in the end with the newest web connected cameras and phones, you might lose your rights over the photos instantly on taking a photo as the camera manufacturer will have asserted rights over your photos in the small print about purchasing a camera and agreeing to the use of the camera and /or the camera software...as soon as you click the shutter it will be transmitted out, and you will get a mobile bill for the privilige....
