Install certs

Just changed a CU and have to complete a domestic install cert right . Now confused as client only gave me very limited access to ground floor only as they have a very old and ill relative upstairs who the did not want to disturb. As there is no provision on a install cert for LIM what does one put in for items that could not be tested or inspected being an install cert ???

IMHO your only option is to use LIM - I've done it in the past where I have "unidentified" circuit(s) in a fuse board!

N/V in my opinion and note on the install certificate or supplement it with a note explaining reasons.
