hi all,

i'm looking to purchase my first installation tester after finishing my domestic installer course and was wondering if there are any recommendations. Been looking at Flukes as thats what ive been using on my course however they seem a bit pricey. Also looking for a decent PAT tester aswell, anybody got a recommendation?

Cheers:banghead:

For the PAT tester, if your testing 110 and 230v go for the Supanova or the KT 74 if for 230v only as long as it does up to 20A on the earth bond (plus the 20-200mA) and the run/load/leakage test then there isn’t much between them.

Hope this helps

Personally it would annoy me having to use adaptors all the time. Can't you buy a proper UK one?

That is very cool. It would be the end user software that would make that the absolute king.
