Has anyone undertaken a install where panels were installed in both landscape AND portrait orientation? Seeing as the landscape panels will need fitting with a cruciform system, is it possible to get the panels to sit at the same height? I'm slightly concerned that the landscape panels will sit higher than the portrait panels.

Yep, we have to quite frequently, though if there is only a few landscape we don't do the cruciform, we put vertical rails on the rafters (so long as the spacing fits the panel mount positions, which so far it has :) !)

We then find that, using an adjustable height bracket the rails can be put at the same height.

Not sure what we'd do it we had a row of 8 panels portrait with a row of 6 landscape above, not sure if we'd be lucky enough then!

so you put verticals over your portrait rail's right.

i have this on a system im currently on now, but they are seperated by a velux so i dont see any point in doing so.should i??
