Installing Solar PV between CU and Meter?

Hello,

I have a social housing customer who wants to install the PV between the incoming single meter and the tenants consumer unit.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

Yes, but why would your customer deny the tenant the free electricity. They are being paid a FIT plus 50% export. Unless it's multiple tenants of course.

Thanks fezzie - that's right it's multiple tenants on a row of flats. No landlord supply, they want to connect the system into one of the flat meters instead of installing a landlord supply for the solar.

I'm just quoting some flats myself. The a/c will be fed into the meter feeding the communal areas and the tenants association will receive the FIT.
