What should you be filling in for Insulation resistance on a installation cert? Is >200 if the readings are all ok?

Pretty much what I thought. Just looking at the OSG examples of completed certs they seem to show a lot of variation. Mine as I've had no problems so far always come up the same reading.

As above, but I still tend to stick >200 even if I'm using another tester that goes above this... Think it's just habit. and the fact that on the draft written sheet I just write > and no value then type it up later.

Check the clearance between the back panel and/or terminal cover that you've removed. Look for small burn marks.
