hi all doing a bit of insulation testing on dummy board not too sure:confused: which is why im asking have tried doing tests on circuits with meter keep getting reading >999 would this be correct as this is the max meter will go any help appreciated

This is correct reading for healthy clear circuit.

Have you checked your meter by shorting your leads and testing?

Your reading should then be 0.00
