Hi to all, new guy to these forums.
I'm after a bit of help, I've just started a new job doing insurance work, (after flood and fire damage) what tests would you do before going in to do any remedial works!!!!!!!!
Been working on high voltage for last few years, bit out of touch with domestic. Many thanks.:confused:
 
A full PIR that is practically possible, that will give the only indication of the installation condition and absolutely
no cutting of corners.

That will do for a start.
