Came across this article today - a colleague at work linked me to it (he's experiencing this at the moment and I've been trying to give the odd bit of advice here and there - he wanted me to do some work, but since I'm not Part P registered and don't have the NVQ3 as yet, I refused.
He's since been researching his issue and is now getting a fully qualified electrician to look at his installation and do some investigation.
