Interesting Installation

I spotted this installation recently in a local suburb. It looked a bit odd when I drove past a couple of weeks ago and I was in the area again so got a few snaps.

I like it. I like how the single, solitary rail is making a bid for freedom. It speaks to me. It tells me that, with determination, man's eternal struggle against his DECC oppressors can be overcome. It is a monument to our time. People shall visit it in years to come and bow down and weep before it (at least I reckon Gavin will). 7/10.

Is there an optical illusion there somewhere?

Very strange. I can only imagine that the roof is skewed. Judging by the placing of the vertical rails, it seems as though they were going to clamp the panels to those and then panicked and cross railed it?

I think I have got my head around it now - the building isn't square, is it?

Can you imagine driving away from a job like that?
