hi,
we are currently close to finishing a big job which the owner has now sprung on us is supplying some neon signs to go on a wall behind a long wine bar.
there is a company that are dealing with the lighting controls and our guys doing the electrical wiring and connections.
i was under the assumption that a firemans switch is needed outside the front of the building but after talking to the lighting controls guys who is working direct to the client and not the fitout company like everyone else, he has said just put the signs on plug tops and label it not to use for anything else as it goes through his relay in a dimming rack.
i dont want to agree to anything without knowing what the rules are, this is my 1st time having to deal with neon lighting.
any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
