Internet supplier of flexible wire 10 and 16mm

My supplier will only let me have H07VK (Flexible) wire in 100M lengths - I normally only use 1M or 2M of semi-rigid at a time.

10mm reel works out at 221€ (inc of VAT/TVA) per 100M and
16mm reel cost 332€ per 100M

So to have Blue and brown of both sizes will set me back 1,106€ (around £921) and will probably sit in my van for around 2-3 years at the rate I would use the stuff.

All the internet suppliers in France want to supply 100M lengths, some at even higher costs and expensive delivery costs (over 80€), so does anyone know of a supplier in the UK willing to do shorter lengths ?

Thanks, checked B&Q and Screwfix sites and they only have 7 core 10mm / 16mm wire - not as flexible as I'd like, any other ideas anyone ?
