As a couple of emails said below, just had a polite email too say i haven't posted yet! And i know i should contribute more so heres the first!

Started using this site reading peoples posts since i started my training, and its been really helpful. Especially as i have now gone into EICR (PIR) Testing.

So many thanks too all that has given info on that over the time!

Hi all - I'm a new spark at an old age. Have had mucho experience but never sat the exams - wanting to do so now so any help would be much appreciated. Got an HNC in mechelec enigineering.

Hi all - really interesting one yesterday. Had to "pot" 10mm2 MICC without the tools!! - not as difficult as it may look. Not recommended for multi potting but works fine on a "one off" basis. If you need a hand and dont want to spend £100+ on the tools give me a shout.
