any body fitted them to there van to charge batterys/radios... etc...

if so what size did you get and how did you wire it / or not...:confused: or do you just plug the 12v fly lead in to a ciggy lighter!

I had a 1kw one in a renault trafic. Straight from the battery with an in-line fuse & a switch on the dashboard. The inverter was in the back with a small compartment to stand the chargers in...I also used the inverter to power up intruder systems so I could programme them then power down in vacant shop units.
