any body fitted them to there van to charge batterys/radios... etc...

if so what size did you get and how did you wire it / or not... or do you just plug the 12v fly lead in to a ciggy lighter!

Well you can just come off fuse box, as its 12 volts

yeah, get an inverter to plug your laptop in, so you go from 12V to 230V back down to 12V again, lol

I had a 1kw one in a renault trafic. Straight from the battery with an in-line fuse & a switch on the dashboard. The inverter was in the back with a small compartment to stand the chargers in...I also used the inverter to power up intruder systems so I could programme them then power down in vacant shop units.
