JIB Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS) IPAF,PASMA,JIB card help please.

hi guys i already have my c&g 2330 level 2 and 3,17th edition and 2392 fundamental test.I am without too much experiance and next month looking to go into the industry.apart from CSCS card which i am doing this week what other courses and schemes(IPAF PASMA JIB) should i be taking before seeking employment to help me get a leg up?
or should i wait and the employer normally pays for these?
also can these courses be goverment funded if im on jobseekers allowance?worth a try?

pretty sure you cant be jib graded electrician without an (NVQ) IPAF and cscs will defo be a great help tho but alot of others have those and still struggle gettin work
