Hello, can some give me some advice on what the problem could be with the ring final im checking before changing the cu, did at test with line & netural joined and tested to earth at 250v and got 25Mohms so went to test at 500v and got 0.35Mohm.

thanks jimmy

Was everything unplugged or switched off in the case of FCU's?

No theres 2 pulgs which can not be unpluged due being behide a big cabinet, they only have lights pluged into them, this is why i joined live & netural and tested between them and earth and i turned off / plugged everything else

Surge protector still plugged in?

I did see one which was unplugged but i will ask if there any i have been able to find
