Hi guys, I'm with elecsa and the insulation resistance tests on my Certs are line-neutral line-earth and earth-neutral, any way i was doing work with a guy who was nic registered and on his Certs were an additional line-line row just wondered how you would test this? Forgot to ask him, I might just be having a blonde moment but all I thought you would get is dead short?! Unless it's for 3 phase?
