Irritating behaviour by suppliers

I wanted x9 300W Renesola panels for a small domestic job. Sadly I went on holiday before earmarking them and on return when I came to order from Segen there were only 6. No problem I thought after a quick online search, Swithenbanks are showing them in stock and Solar Wholesale are showing them in stock. But as soon as I earmarked the Segen ones for me, Swithenbanks and Solar Wholesale have zero stock available! I released the 300W panels a couple of days later on the Segen site as I have gone for the 295W version now and magically Swithenbanks and Solar Wholesale have them back in stock. At the moment, Segen showing 4x300W and 71x295W and Swithenbanks showing identical numbers.

Very irritating that these suppliers appear to be reflecting others' stocks rather than their own.

it does seem that a fair few suppliers use segen as a backstop or just act as a reseller for segen on certain modules - found out that DUlas were doing this for Panasonic.
