Is LAP actually BG Nexus?

I need to match some data and satellite outlets with LAP black nickel screwless plates (yeah, I know, not my choice either) and I think I've just spied a line or two on google that suggests that they're actually just BG Nexus rebadged (which means I can get matching plates if so) - does anyone know if that is correct? It's hard to tell just from the pics on the BG website.

not sure if they're identical, but the nexus range is good quality.

It certainly sounds better by description than the LAP crap! I'm not quite sure how terminal screws that soft can actually be made. Must be a modern Play-Dough recipe.

LAP is screwfix own brand, I will never buy anything LAP.

Was in screwfix the other day and they were trying to sell me a LAP CU which apparently extinguish an internal fire.

Still a crap brand, anything they sell cheap is pretty crap tbh
