I have just leased a unit in sheffield and the main fuse box has power to it, the only problem is vandals have stolen the wiring from box to lights etc.

I would like to know how i can wire up a socket temporary for halogen tripod lights.

The box has breakers down centre with 2 bars either side with screws 2 at top left and right and same at bottom.

The top bars are for earth??

How do i wire up ???

Just charged someone £110 to make safe a large warehouse, disconnect and confirm all circuits dead, upgrade earths and install 8 double sockets on an existing dual RCD board and certificate.

Glad to see you took the sensible route, not worth the risk for a few quid!

Also got to use my special alarm silencing tool.......

Cant find the pic of me club hammering it to death!

Furthermore, as the left hand switch will currently not do anything, I'd try the loose brown in here:
