Is this a check valve?; Plumbers Forums

Hi, new here. Fairly competent DIYer but I don't do much plumbing.

I'm just putting some MDPE plumbing services in a Polytunnel I've built.

I just want to know if this (see photo) is a Double Check Valve/ Non Return valve on the outside water supply feed. Can someone confirm if it is please?
