Is this an MCB?

Are these MCBs as described, or are they just isolators as I suspect? Anyone any ideas?

Also, if I had to, could I use a 3 pole mcb on a single phase installation, on line and neutral?

Definatley isolators, !00A max rating

They are Isolators - I have used legrand CUs in the past and these are fitted in them
