Undertaking works in a utility room , I can't see this type of room stated but it contains just as much hazards as a kitchen !! Ok no oven usually!! But you get my point

Surprisingly enough but Utility rooms are not notifiable IMHO as long as they don't involve ELV lighting or new circuits.

Unless there's a shower in the corner, I've seen them in posh houses, I think they have them to wash the money off their boots that they drag in with them...
