How can they get away with doing that surely they need to comply to the regs as much as we do?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought that BS7671 doesn't apply to the DNO.
This has been installed by the DNO. We've been advised that we cannot touch it as its their property. We've now got to wait for it to be removed so that we can fit a main isolator, in a metal box, and make the SWA gland off into it!

We've got a SWA from DNO box to the CU inside the property to make off.
Because of the placement of the DNO's meter and isolater in their box - can't upload a photo for some reason
If it's in the quarter of the box designated for consumers equipment then move it!
