Hello to everyone.
I work with an old mechanical press.
The error message he gave me seems meaningless because it is in Italian.
If anyone has worked with such a press before, can they tell which part of the press the words I wrote are?

"Basamento, Pulpito, Traversa"

Before I put a press that meaty into use, I sure would want to know it's ins and outs and full capabilities......and all details required for safe usage.

What's it's product ?

We have an Italian Zani Presse

What is that machine you have 400 tonne?

First of all. Is your emergency stop circuit OK

Secondly how are the services. Do you have adequate oil and air pressure.

Thirdly is there any guards opened, light curtains obstructed, this will inhibit the press

Fourthly is the motor starting or will nothing come on.

Just a few pointers to get started on

Read the machine instructions,
If they are in Italian then get them translated in full.

There may well be an option to change the display language to English.

Stuff like this can be a nightmare, I have been working on a large machine that has been shipped from Hungary, the controls and alterations are marked in hungarian and the circuit diagrams are in german, they have not been easy to translate as the direct translations are often meaningless.
