Well lads finally got back here last night, only 4 days late but still in time for Christmas.

Had to come back via Turkey and into Gatwick as Heathrow and BA were not playing ball. It's bloomin' freezing, last minute Christmas shopping and a pint down the local tonight...... can't beat it.

To one and all have a great Christmas and I really hope that 2011 for us all is a lot lot productive. take care

Must admit that on Monday the pecker was truely wobbling. BA knocked us all back and said the first flight out was Tuesday and that there was guarantee of that. So a few of us shot into town as we heard that Turkish Airlines that fly into Gatwick was still ok. So managed to get on an extra flight they put on, commercialism at it's finest, to Istanbul and then picked up a flight to Gatwick.

Yes back out there on the 2nd so just a flying trip, just wanted to get home to the family

Glad you got home eventually and OK. Isn't it amazing how a bit of frost and a small amount of snow brings one of the worlds most important and well developed countries to a grinding halt, which in turn causes global chaos. I thought we were in 2010 not 1910.
