Turns out the driver was a woman who is still alive and is going to be prosecuted by Belgium authorities when she is better.

Weekend before last , Sunday night, M1 south very busy, light rain, noticed the inside lane was empty, mirror, signal, manoooooooo, shxt, a car doing about 95 tries to undertake us! txsser - good job i was watching my mirrors!
