I have the 4S, running 6.1
When it's jailbroken, you essentially have full control over the device. you can change simple things like the font, right down to customising the lock/homescreen with various widgets and themes, there are also loads of apps to do all sorts of things.

the jailbreak for 6.0 and 6.1 only came out 5days ago. been waiting patiently for ages for it!
once I get my phone looking the way I want, I'm gonna do my iPad

Did my phone got it as I liked it loaded with free apps. In a brain dead moment when I hooked it up to my computer update poped up and I pressed it derr live and learn to many hours to redo
