What is the best wat to obtain such a card, been looking through similar posts and the jib website but still cant comprehend what i need to do.
I have completed the modern apprenticeship 5 years ago in 2006 and have the following certs
City and Guilds 2351 - NVQ level 3 in Electrotechnical Installations
City and Guilds 2382 - 17th Edition
City and Guilds 2391 - Advanced Inspection and Testing
City and Guilds 2377 - PAT Testing
I also have a Safepass H+S card which is the southern Ireland equivalent csr card, my current employer is not a Jib contractor. I yet to come acroos an electrician on site yet (Northern Ireland) with a jib card bar the apprentice card I was given in 2002 which I cant find.
Can anyone point me in the right direction because at the moment it looks like a lot more hassle than its worth!!

For elec or approved elec you will also need the NVQ L3, 2356 in addition to what you currently have.

The C&G 2351 was not an NVQ qualification, it was the underpinning knowledge qualification that came after the C&G 2360 and before the C&G 2330.

Well I have the done the am2 and the portfolio was completed aswell so I must have lost a few quals down the years, may go hunting for them!!
I do believe c+g charge a ÂŁ25 fee for locating certs and further fee for issuing certs which is a bit of a pain but then again its my fault for mislocating them in the first place, must give them a ring tomorrow if I get the chance and see what they say! Cheers for the replies
