Jib photo countersign

Alrite lads,

does anyone know if my supervisor can countersign my photo for my jib gold card?

why not? it's just a sig. to confirmthat it'syou. like ona passport or a bus pass ( which i can get but buses can't carry my ladders)

I signed mine myself because I'm self employed. Thats the advice I got from the JIB to.

Sorry Tel. you're wrong there. only a professional or retired professional can countersign a passport

Quite right, I went around the local nick and got a copper to sign mine, your doctor is a good person to do it also.

everybody has their own opinion of them just like anything. It either stems from experience they've had with them (which in most cases is negative) or what they read about them (also usually negative) I've had my fair share of dealings with the police in my life (stories for a whole other time) and also deal with them regularly in another job I do. so all in all I know them well, know what they have to put up with, and for the most part don't mind them. always good to have an argument with one every now n then though. especially when you know you're right

Get a teacher , post master basically a professional or civil servant
When i asked them about a supervisor they said it would have to be a M.D. of a company and the supervisor couldn't also that I had carried out work for in the last 6 months or someone you had sub contracted to in last 6 months why who knows Got a teacher I know down the road to do it in the end

a gp etc works as well, i had mine signed by someone i know at social services

tell please post a video of there reaction when you take your tripple extender, i know of a welder that goes to work on the buss with all his kit

Anyone can sign it, I had to renew my JIB card last week and the lady said she could of signed it if needed, it's only to confirm the photo is you. It's only a JIB card not a bloody passport! Although some feel special with it.
