Hi everyone, i was wondering what people thought of the JIB i recently found out the grading scheme is changing again, i am now thinking about doing the NVQ3 at a cost of over £750 because if i don’t in 18 months they will grade me a labourer even though i have part 1 and 2 AM1 and seventeenth, seems stupid to me been doing this 15 years now, and that’s a lot of money to find being self employed and with not as much work around as there was, reason i thought about getting the card is because some builders insist on it although most will still except just the ECS certificate i think its all about the money myself, personal never been a big fan of the JIB, any other views?
