Hey all,
just wondering if anyone can help me, ive got an assessment coming up with JTL but as i still havent found an employer or anyone to take me on im wondering if theres any point in doing the assessment as im not sure if you need an employer to sign up with JTL or can they help you find work.

Any help is appreciated

thanks

hi,i would say do it even without an employer lined up for two reasons:
1.shows you are serious and willing to learn etc eg looks good when you write to an employer and you say ive already done the assessment...
2.if you pass then JTL keep you on there books and send your details to employers so that way your details may get to more employers than you would have sent them to...

i did my assessment for JTL and another college without confirmation of an employer and when i had my interview they were very pleased i had done the tests off my own back
