Can anybody help me please?

I'm servicing a Juno 1-3 fire alarm and the display reads 'Power fault. battery disconnected, check fuse' & 'alarm fault on sounder circuit 3' i replaced the batteries, like for like, but the fuse hold was loose, fuse tested ok. I then swapped the sounder circuits ie connected circuit 2 to 3 & 3 to 2, and the result was still 'fault on sounder circuit 3' ie the wiring was ok, but again the fuse was loose in the holder. I replaced the circuit board with a new one, re connected everything but the 'battery fault' still exists and a new fault of 'Fault, beam detector faulty' has appeared, even though this was tested and worked ok previously. The sounder 3 circuit fault has cleared.

Can anyone give me some advise or tips?

Cheers

check that you are getting a charge voltage to the batteries..approx 26-28 volts d.c. if nothing find charger fuse and check it.make sure battery terminals are clear from any corrosion.why you have a new fault appear is mysterious.connect you lappy to it and interrogate the panel to find analogue value of that specific detector.cant advise much more than this.

The old Trident panel remarketed as Juno...As above check psu outputs, fuses, etc.
Find out where the beam detector is powered from, my bet is the Juno aux output hence the new fault.
Would deffo do as Nrvolts has said to download the panel...they used to have a great habbit of crashing and without the data to reload, you can find yourself reprograming the lot from scratch. Can only think the psu board is faulty.
