anybody know where i can get the faults code definitions booklet for determinig what code to apply to what fault .... just want a copy for refrence i know the niceic did have one but i went looking on their website and i could not find it cheers guys ohh on another note on a domestic premises if you open a cuboard door and their is 230v cable pvc 1.5 t&e on the floor unprotected just lyeing their from one wall to the other being fed from a spur on one wall to a stat on the adjacent wall (dont ask) what code would you put down for that i must admit i did scratch my head on it but in the end i put 4,2 i didnt put 1 down coz it was in a cuboard and it did not pose an immediate threat what do you guys think ....if that is wrong plz let me know asap so i can rewrite the whole thing again ......cheers

Don't know how to do links, but the ECA give a good guide as for what codes to give faults. I think, if it were me, I would have to give a T&E lying on the floor a code 2.
