I'd recommend getting a Di Log 9083p, I've got one and wouldn't change it for the world. If you shop around you'll get one for ÂŁ200 less than that. Search for it on this site for me talking it up!

I got it from these guys, the free combivolt is very VERY useful, and the lil multimeter you get free is pretty good if you do any electronics stuff as well. Dilog 9083P 17th Edition Multifunction Tester - 17th Edition Test Meters - 17th Edition Multifunction Installation Testers - Dilog 9083P 17th Edition Test Meter - Test Meters and Electrical Test Equipment Supplier - Test and Measuring Meters

EDIT: I remember the delivery took a good week, mind. On the other hand, they sent me a Christmas card!

It's proper, really easy to use, versatile, nice and light, if you buy the holster thing (or make it like I did) the screen, dial and everything you need is there facing you, and it has all the functions of the latest meggers (apart from bluetooth).

If you do get it and need any pointers in it's use give me a PM.
