In that case you would be better off asking them how they want it wiring as a specification may have to be adhered to.

thats how I thought myself as well and I told the foreman to delegate the task clearly and efficiently , and he said that Im an electrician and I should do it myself. SO i try to do myself and wish to check if it makes sense generally to make my duty

Your diagrams don't make it clear what you are actually doing, or trying to achieve. What are the key switches doing, what type of cable are you using, what is the purpose of the emergency lighting?

At a guess the key switches are possibly for emergency lighting test, but maybe they are for PIR override?
