Hi

Guys i'm doing a fault find/testing on a modular YMCA,these modular were pre-wired at a factory
& basically i've corrected all the wiring faults,i'm about to start dead testing but i'm a little confused.
The keycard supply is terminated Live & Neutral into the RCBO & obviously go to the key card, but the cpc has been brown sleeved & go to the A1+ on the contactor & the load on the keycard, the key card itself is double insulated, the circuit is wired in 2.5 3 core flex

As far as the test cert goes there is no earth so cant do a r1+r2 or Zs or do rcbo trip times?is this correct or is there some simple easy way around this?

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Hi,
Just put N/A in the R1+R2 and Zs as you would do for any other class II item, and make a note ie. Class II in the comments as well as vunerable equipment.

You can still do the RCBO trip times at the RCBO in the DB/CU as you would normally do
