B&Q are selling the NWS version of those shears. Every bit as good a quality and half price at the mo, £19.99 and well worth it.
I own a pair the same as the ones you have pictured but don't like them. You are supposed to use the outer part of the blade for the first cut and then finish the cut in the lower (closed to the join) however i recently bought a pair of these :KNIPEX 54214 FULLY INSULATED VDE CABLE SHEARS on eBay (end time 02-Nov-10 10:59:05 GMT) and they are excellent, I can cut 25mm tails with no problems but they also seem more controlled for stripping.
