evening, im curious to find out if theres much use of knx gear in britain? i can see the advantages in the likes of conference centres/stadiums etc but at 300 quid for a lighting actuator its hard to see much domestic installations happening although i think if i was building myself i would possibly run a bus cable around the house for future development.
reason i ask is i am currently on a ten week training course in ireland (due to unemployment) and while its great to play about with the software and control gear i think it would be hard sell to anybody interested, off the top of my head id say it would cost over 15000euro to retro fit to a four bed, imagine a hotel........
