hello,

I am using single phase direct driven motor with three speed for Fan Coil Unit. The unit specification shows 350W
I was try to calculate the Power using the equation VI, current reading will get from using the CT meter in particular wire connected to the motor.

Current reading is 0.44A and volt is 230
When I calculate the KWh the reading is not matching the specification please help to solve the issue

You don't need to convert it to amps Wh is a time formula so stay with your 350W

For example:
you got a 350W motor and you need to calculate how much energy it'll consume in one day. In kilowatt/hour

350 W = 0.35 kW

1 days = 24 Hours = 24 hours

so power consumption of motor for two days would be: 0.35 kW x 24 h = 8.4 kWh (kilowatt/hour)
