Does anybody no what else I can do to help rectify the lighting issues. I have tried moving the contacts for the bulbs but no joy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If both lights failed at the same time, likely the driver / electronic transformer for the lights has failed. Just possibly there is an internal fuse that blew e.g. when one of the lamps failed. Alternatively the driver itself may need replacing.

Typically these units were built for incandescent / halogen lamps, also just possibly if you have fitted LED replacements, the driver doesn't like that due to them being too low a load.
