I would appreciate if any of you guys would point me in the right direction. I was asked by my friend, a landlord, to change the old CU in one of his houses / converted flats. As it is a landlord CU (on seperate meter), it has emergeny lighting and fire alarm on 4 seperate circuits. Would it be a domestic install or a commercial?

Thanks for the quick reply, Welchyboy! Should I pay extra attention re testing, particularly insulation? Never touched em lighting before...
What?....why you ask this? ...surely you know that a board change needs to have a electrical installation certificate with a full certificate of inspections..accompanied by a full chedule of test results for all final circuits....(including IR testing on lighting circuits)......
