Landlord electrical safety legislation

On a recent thread Darkwood said new legislation will come into effect soon anybody have any idea where I can find it ??

I think that perhaps it was wishful thinking.
Performing the few checks necessary to show a gas installation is safe, is a whole different ball game compared to those necessary to show an electrical installation is safe.
