Hi guy's i've been asked to do a landlords cert for a rented out property. Is this just a periodic?, sorry I mean condition report.

it should be, but the landlord will want it for ÂŁ50 or less, which just about covers a visual inspection. discuss the price and limitations before you commit. if he wants a full EICR, he should be prepared to pay ÂŁ150+.
