Is it wishful thinking or did I see somewhere that you don't need to cross rail Panasonic when installed in landscape anymore? We've got a pain of a roof to do this week and I've been caught out with an increase in Panasonic price and now I've started to look again at the cross rail I've left ourselves a bit short there too - am I grasping at straws - of course!!

We can't get verticals to work with the fixing points for the panels so that's not an option either.

Any thoughts?

We've gone from ÂŁ190 to ÂŁ197 not the end of the world but there isn't a massive amount in the job because I guessed (incorrectly - doh!) the cost of the cross railing, it must be 2 years since we did it last. Never mind .... at least it'll put bread on the table :)

Thought you guys were still on (cold) tins of baked beans :)

Well the good news is that the days of the beans ended in about April, followed by days of madness since June. For the first time in 2 years we're going into the New Year without worrying about whether we'll make it to the end.

Just got to get MCS visit out of the way 23rd December - can you believe it!
