LD2 Fire Alarm System

Ive just installed an LD2 fire alarm system and ive been asked to produce a certificate. im a qualified electrician im just wondering if they want something with my JIB number on it to prove im a spark or a periodic inspection

Please help asap as fire inspector needs to sign it off in march
