I used solar guide once, Phone the customer up, straight away said
"Im not ready yet, im thinking of getting them next year, i will give you a call back then...." then hung up, didnt take a name or number.
I reported the lead, then got a shirty email back saying something like :
"We contacted the customer and he informed us he is interested in getting solar pv next year, so the lead was valid but we will refund you as a good will gesture"
I was fuming, but could i, for the love of god, find me a contact number for Solar guide, and the email reply address was 'noreply@...' which bounced back to me.... i was steaming but had no one to express myself to so never again!
